The Demi-Cannon I is the default version of the Demi-Cannon. It doesn't have a perk but can still be a formidable weapon at closer ranges.
How to Craft[]
Crafting the Demi-Cannon I requires knowledge of its blueprint. The blueprint becomes available for purchase once you have reached the rank of Outcast in Infamy. You can buy the blueprint for 120 
Silver from the blacksmith in Sainte Anne, in the Red Isles.
