How to Craft[]
Crafting the Flooding Demi-Cannon III requires knowledge of its blueprint. The blueprint becomes available for purchase once you have reached the Infamy rank of Cutthroat. You can buy the blueprint for 1400 
Pieces of Eight from the Black Market in Sainte-Anne in the Red Isles or in Telok Penjarah in the East Indies.
