Jiwe is the Confederation of Ungwana Capital Settlement located in Jiwe along the Coast of Africa. Jiwe can found at the northwestern corner of the map. Sail north out of Sainte-Anne then head Northwest to reach Jiwe. To get there, you will need to travel to the far north-west of the map, beyond the Dragon's Back outpost. Either interacting with or using the spy glass to view the settlement will award the achievement: Home of Confederation of Ungwana.

Trivia and speculation[]
Jiwe translates from swahili to english as Stone. One possible inspiration for Jiwe and possibly the Ungwana Confederation as a whole is the island of Kilwa Kisiwani off the coast of present-day Tanzania, which was a key hub in the trade networks of the Indian Ocean as well as the island capital of the Kilwa Sultanate. Established in the 10th century, the sultanate grew to become a powerful maritime trading empire that was renowned for its prosperity.
At its height, it stretched over the entire length of the Swahili Coast, much like how the Ungwana Confederation does in Skull and Bones. Also like the Confederation, the Kilwa sultanate reached its peak in the 15th century but was riven by internal strife, much like the current state of Ungwana.
