Kaa Mangrove is a Pirate Outpost located on Sultani Island along the Coast of Africa. Kaa Mangrove is located West of Sainte-Anne. Kaa Mangrove outpost is a key staging point for any up-and-coming pirates operating on the Coast of Africa, so it's worth visiting in the early to mid game.
To get there first sail west from Sainte-Anne and go into the river past Tsifo Lumberyard. Continue heading up river passing the Tamby Foundry and then steer left towards the Sacred Tree outpost. Sail south towards Ankohonana and then steer right to exit by Tanjona. Keep on heading west towards the Reef Sea and you will see Kaa Mangrove near La Corde Weaver.
