General[]
The Leopold I is an enhanced version of the Mortar that deals flooding damage allowing it to apply the Flooded Status Effect, which deals damage over time, slows the enemy ship and causes unrepairable damage.

-Flooding II:
- Adds 20% of damage as Flooding Damage.
-Blast:
- Adds 15% of damage as Explosive Damage in a 50m Blast Radius.
How to Craft[]
Crafting the Leopold I requires knowledge of its blueprint. The blueprint becomes available for purchase once you have reached the rank of Corsair in Infamy. You can buy the blueprint for 3770 
Silver from the Overseas Smuggler in The Necropolis, in the East Indies.
