The Leopold III is a moderately improved version of the Leopold II.
Perks[]
-Flooding II:
- Adds 20% of damage as Flooding Damage.
-Blast:
- Adds 15% of damage as Explosive Damage in a 50m Blast Radius.
How to Craft[]
Crafting the Leopold III requires knowledge of its blueprint. The blueprint becomes available for purchase once you have reached the rank of Kingpin in Infamy. You can buy the blueprint for 2800 
Pieces of Eight from the Black Market in Sainte-Anne or Telok Penjarah, in the Red Isles or East Indies.
