To get there sail northeast from the Telok Penjarah den until you reach the Rangkok Cave, after which you head up the river delta called the delta called Delta of Me, then follow its right side. At the first opportunity, turn to the right into the tight river and you’ll reach the Lost City of Prei.
It is an ancient place now filled with mercenaries trying to make coin and whether it’s the treasure you’re looking for or new wares for your ship, you'll likely find it here. The Overseas smuggler on the beach will sell supplies and blueprints, whilst more entrepreneurial pirates will find a Helm Liason here, located in the Rampah military camp.

Trivia and speculation[]
Whilst the islands further to the south are clearly based on Indonesia and the Malay Peninsula, the very far northeast corner of the map seems to be based on Siam or modern day Cambodia and Thailand. The Lost City of Prei is almost certainly Angkor Wat; the geography of the Mekong River Delta and Tonle Sap is identical and the name comes from the surrounding city Sambor Prei Kuk.
