Pirate Hunters are hostile NPC's in Skull & Bones, that appear during the 2017 gameplay demo. Towards the end of a battle in Multiplayer Combat, Pirate Hunters will arrive. These NPCs are almost impossible to kill, forcing the remaining players to flee the battle map. In the full release, pirate hunters are replaced with privateers who roam the Indian Ocean hunting down pirates.
