Sacred Tree is a Pirate Outpost located in River-Mouths along the Red Isle. The Sacred Tree is directly west of Sainte-Anne. To get there, simply travel through the canal past Tsifo Lumberyard to arrive at the outpost. The Fara Warrior at Sacred Tree offers contracts which award the Fara Fury Captain’s clothing and the Fara Ship Set.

The largest of the baobabs trees in the area, the Sacred Tree's green colours among a sea of ochre and its far-reaching branches make spotting it fairly simple. As its name suggests Sacred Tree is a holy place for the Clan of Fara as they come to this place to sacrifice zebus and celebrate their ancestors, however it is also a sacred place for the Sea People whom they are at war at. However unlike other places in the Red Isles plagued by tribal warfare, all are welcome to pray at the sacred tree with no blood to be shed on the sacred shore. Pirates can dock their ships within a river bend and once on foot, head upstream to enter the outpost’s encampment.
Walking around the gigantic tree and statues spread around its roots, pirate captains can find animal skulls tied among the branches which can be heard tinting in the wind. At night, tribesmen light up lanterns tied here and there among the morbid garlands, giving it a unique hue. For an elite warrior, it is an honour to be buried within Sacred Tree – as it is belied that they can carry on the fight from the other side, coming back as spirits.
While it is a sacred place it is also a good spot when you are looking to trade with the local factions. Most days, you’ll find the Clan of Fara camped there but on a good day you might find some of the rogue pirates back from a recent plunder. In any case, you can easily find ways to exchange your merchandise (including potentially ill-gotten good -- you would certainly not be the first) for monetary compensation by talking to the Clan of Fara sentry at the beach or to the leader of the camp.
